Outpatient Therapist (Licensed)
LPC • LCSW • LMFT (or equivalent)
Provide individual therapy (and, if desired, couples/family) with a caseload that fits your schedule. We’re looking for clinicians who enjoy practical, evidence-based work and genuine connection.
What you’ll do
- Provide psychotherapy to kids, teens, and/or adults (in-person and telehealth)
- Complete documentation and treatment planning in a timely, ethical way
- Collaborate with the team for consultation and coordinated care (with client consent)

- Value skill-building approaches (CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT skills, trauma-informed care, etc.)

Yes. We offer secure telehealth sessions for clients who are physically located in Pennsylvania. Clinicians typically see a mix of in-person clients in Irwin and telehealth clients across the state.
Where is the office located?Irwin, PA
Our in-person office is in Irwin, Pennsylvania (Westmoreland County). You can apply even if you plan to see some clients via telehealth.
