If you are uninsured or are not using insurance, you may have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. This page explains what that means and how to request it.

This notice is intended for individuals who are uninsured or who choose to self‑pay (not submit claims to insurance).

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate is a written estimate of the expected charges for non‑emergency healthcare items and services, including counseling/therapy services, provided to you before you receive care.

How to request a Good Faith Estimate

To request an estimate, contact us and let us know you would like a Good Faith Estimate for therapy services. We will provide the estimate in writing.

What if the bill is higher than the estimate?

If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill. Contact us promptly so we can help you understand the next steps.
