What you can expect
We want this page to answer the questions serious candidates usually have before they apply.
Compensation
Compensation uses a tiered session-based structure tied to monthly sessions held/attended. We share the exact breakdown during the interview process so you can decide whether the model is a good fit.
Schedule
Your schedule is largely up to you. Clinicians can structure a caseload around daytime, evening, and/or Saturday availability depending on what works best for them and the clients they want to serve.
Remote or hybrid
This role can be done fully remotely for clinicians serving Pennsylvania clients by telehealth, or in a hybrid format using our Irwin office for in-person sessions.
Support
We provide referrals and marketing support, handle billing, and offer administrative help for credentialing and other logistics, so clinicians can focus more on care and less on building every system themselves.
