We keep the process simple so you don’t have to figure it out alone.

2. We match you with a therapist

We review your information, check scheduling and insurance, and match you with Jessica or Erin based on your needs, preferences, and availability.

3. Meet in person or via telehealth

You’ll meet in our Irwin office or online (for clients located in Pennsylvania) and work together to map out a realistic plan for support.

Jessica provides down-to-earth, evidence-based care for teens, adults, and couples. Her work is integrative and person-centered, drawing from ACT, DBT, EFT, family systems, and trauma-informed approaches. Special interests include depression, family conflict, mood disorders, and relationship stress.

Getting started, made simple

What happens in the first session?

We’ll get to know you, your history, and goals, review consent/policies, and map next steps—at a pace that feels manageable.

How often will we meet?

Many begin weekly and taper as things stabilize. We’ll decide together based on goals, schedule, and finances.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes—for clients located in Pennsylvania. You’ll need a private space, good internet, and a phone or computer.

Do you prescribe medication?

No. If needed, we collaborate with a local practice to meet your needs.

We are in network with most insurance plans, though some out-of-network benefits may still apply. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefits. Sliding-fee scale and flexible payment options are also available and are reviewed annually. We accept cash, check, HSA cards, and all other major credit cards.
